Delivery	I ship within 24 hours of payment confirmation Monday through Saturday, excluding legal holidays. *NOTE TO INTERNATIONAL BUYERS:* Customs can delay shipments to buyers outside the USA for up to four weeks or more. I email all buyers a payment acknowledgement and shipping date when payment is received. Your item will ship on the date specified in the email.
Refunds & Returns	All sales are final. There are no refunds. Video games and DVDs can be EXCHANGED FOR THE SAME TITLE ONLY WITHIN 15 DAYS OF PURCHASE, and ONLY IN CASE THE ORIGINAL GAME/DVD WAS DEFECTIVE. Original game/DVD must be returned and received by seller prior to replacement being shipped. Please contact me within 15 days if you need additional assistance. Other items will be exchanged within 15 days of purchase for a duplicate item only if the original is defective. The original item must be returned and received by the seller prior to replacement item being shipped. Return shipping is at buyer's expense and will not be reimbursed. NOTE TO VIDEO GAME BUYERS!
