Each OneFabric display from Ace Exhibits weighs 30lbs.

It generally takes about 90 seconds to set-up a OneFabric display.  Your first time may take a little bit longer.  If you need help while you are at a trade show, please utilize our expertise and call us immediately to help you.

The OneFabric display shipping cases come with wheels to make them much easier to maneuver.  The case also has an adjustable handle similar to a wheeled suit case.  Due to its weight only being 30lbs. you can carry your case on an airplane, without getting an oversize baggage fee on most airlines.

Sales tax will be charged to all orders with billing information or shipping information residing in California.  The sales tax rate is 8.25%.  All other states will not be charged any sales tax by Ace Exhibits.

All orders may picked-up at our warehouse.  Please call an Ace Exhibits representative to arrange for a Will Call order.  No shipping or handling charges will apply to such order.  However, you will be liable for sales tax.  The address for our warehouse is 6538 San Vicente Blvd., Los Angeles, CA 90048.

Ace Exhibits, Inc. provides a limited lifetime warranty on the following items: Pop-Up Display pop-up frames against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship during normal use.  All repairs needed to coincide with this limited lifetime warranty policy will be done at no charge with the exception of shipping and handling charges.  This warranty does not extend to any Ace Exhibits, Inc. products which have been subject to misuse, neglect, accident, incorrect wiring or to use in violation of operating instructions furnished by us, nor extend to any units altered or repaired for warranty defect by anyone other than Ace Exhibits, Inc.  This warranty does not cover any incidental or consequential damages and is in lieu of all other warranties expressed or implied and no representative or person is authorized to assume for us any other liability in connection with the sale of our products. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, and/or the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages so the above limitations and exclusions may not apply to the original CUSTOMER. All orders from Ace Exhibits, Inc. may be returned within three days for a full refund with the exception of the products listed below. In order to return or exchange (under the warranty guidelines described below) all or part of your order, you must contact us for a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA#). Call toll free (888) 777-0-ACE (0223) to obtain an RMA# from an Ace Exhibits, Inc. representative.

All returned merchandise must be in the original packaging including manuals, accessories, cables, etc. with the authorization (RMA#) clearly printed on the outside of the package. Return requests must be made within three days of the receipt date, and all items must be landed at our warehouse within ten days of the return request.  All free items must be returned together with purchased items in order to receive a full refund. Any shipping and/or handling charges on the original order cannot be refunded. At our discretion, we may levee a restocking fee of 15% of the cost of items returned. Any vouchers or gift certificates earned by a returned order will be voided, and the voucher amount will be charged to any order to which it was applied.

Ace Exhibits, Inc. is not responsible for shipping costs or damage on returned items. Units to be returned should be packed carefully. Please be advised that packages sent by normal US Postal Service cannot be tracked to ensure delivery. Since Ace Exhibits, Inc. cannot provide credit for a return without confirming its receipt, we recommend that you use a delivery service that can be tracked and or insured.

All customized product orders will not be exceptions to the return policy stated above.  Customized items include but are not limited to any graphics, customizable color panels, or special order items.  If there is any question as to whether the product can be returned or not, please call (888) 777-0-ACE (0223), and ask an Ace Exhibits, Inc. representative.
