Q: The tag in the picture says one size but the auction listing is for a different size? A: Glad to see you're looking close! I take just one picture for each color combination. I use that picture for all the sizes for that color combo. It drastically decreases the amount of ironing. LOL. If the auction description says XXL... It's an XXL...EVEN IF THE SIZE TAG IN THE PICTURE READS MEDIUM.(for example)

The third screen will ask you to click Pay Now. DO NOT PAY AT THAT TIME! Instead go the the second shirt, third shirt, etc. and repeat the process. After you have picked all shirts you want and have clicked Commit To Buy for them all, THEN YOU CAN CLICK THE PAY NOW BUTTON and all items will be on the same invoice and the discounts will have been applied by Ebay Checkout. ABRACADABRA!

Q: When can I expect my order to arrive? A: We ship Monday thru Friday. Any order paid for by 8AM will go out THAT SAME DAY! (Not counting the weekend of course) Payments received after 8AM will go out within 24 hours (the following day). USPS Priority Mail is GUARANTEED BY USPS to be delivered in 2-3 business days.
Q:What is your return policy? A: We do guarantee 100% satisfaction and honor it. The shirts/items must come back resalable in new condition. FOLDED like original in the Polybags with all tags attached. They must not be laundered. We will issue the refund immediately upon receipt. Again, the shirts must be received resalable and in new condition.
Q:Do you offer Delivery Confirmation? A: We buy delivery confirmation on every package. As of April 1st, '06 the Post Office no longer must scan at the drop-off point. (Mailing point...our end) They are scanned by the Post Office at the delivery point. (Your end) The confirmation numbers are still very valuable to a seller though not as valuable to a buyer as they used to be. All PayPal Buyers will received an automated delivery confirmation email unless your scam filters block it which can happen occasionally. If paying with a Personal Check or Money Order the confirmation number will not be sent automatically but can be requested.
Q: How much is the Shipping and Handling Charge? A: I keep my S&H lower than most all sellers. Please do understand...on the average shirt: $2.45 to Ebay, $1.20 to PayPal, $4.05 to USPS. There are Confirmation Fees, Endicia Fees, Square Trade Fees, SSB Fees, Picture Hosting Fees, etc. Every shipping bag is .27! Labels, ink, etc. All these plus the Ebay and PayPal fees apply to the HANDLING Charge. $7.99 S&H is very low as you can see compared to other sellers charging $10-$12+! Please remember. SHIPPING is for the shipping charge and it is discounted for multiple orders. The HANDLING charges remain the same for the buyer as they remain the same for me too!

Q: Why are there numbers on the sleeves of the Big Pony items? A: The embroidered number is a detail that traces its heritage to the apparel worn by professional polo players. A polo team consists of four polo players. The players are assigned a position, which is designated by the numbers from 1 to 4 and displayed on their team jerseys during a match. The player in position number 3 is usually the most experienced player on the team. Number 3 challenges the opposing offense and must be proficient in hitting the polo ball long distances with accuracy. This year, Polo also introduced their signature cotton Polos with a limited edition Multi-Colored embroidered Big Pony and matching “4” on the sleeve. In a polo match, the player in position number 4 is responsible for defending the team’s goal, and must be skilled in turning the play from defense to offense. (We do carry the Multi-Colored Big Pony as well unless sold out.)
