Selling Policies

All items are sold in 'as-is' condition unless otherwise noted and may not be returned. We strive to make an accurate representation of the goods we sell. However, we cannot be responsible for colour and/or size descrepencies. Items that may have been misrepresented will be handled on a case-by-case basis. We encourage you to email us before an auction ends should you have any questions about an item up for bids.

Shipping

We use Canada Post Parcel shipping unless otherwise noted. Items may not be picked-up. If you have questions about shipping and handling, please email us before the end of the auction. There is no negotiating posted shipping and handling amounts. Please be aware that we cannot be responsible for any taxes, duties or fees that may be charged for items passing through customs. In addition, transit times vary greatly according to region and because of increased border security. Shipping can take anywhere from 7 to 20 days. Should you wish faster service, you may request courier service at your expense.

Payment

We only accept PayPal to confirmed addresses for payment of auction items. We do not accept cheques, money orders etc.
