Throughout the 40s, Pin Up artwork came into vogue as pulp magazines and arcade machines reached an eager audience. Published by Exhibit in the 40s, the Pin Up set of 64 is by far the most popular - and also among the finest pin-up artwork of the time. Coupled with the suggestive captions, many of these pieces were reused for the 1944 American Beauty set. The Standard Catalog reference for this issue is W424.
