RETURNPOLICY
Global Golf USA hopes that you are happy with your order. Due to the heavily discounted nature of our items, we have a limited return policy. We do not place a warranty above and beyond the manufacturers warranty on any club we sell; please note the exception below on Taylor Made product. After seven (7) business days all sales are final.
If You Change Your Mind
If you decide that you do not want the product that you received, and the product was listed correctly, you have seven (7) days to contact us for a return authorization. After seven (7) days all sales are final.
- The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs, and a restocking fee of 15% of the purchase price is applicable.
- Original shipping charges are non refundable.
- New items must not have been used or have any visible marks.
- Used items must be clean and in same condition received.
- Global Golf understands that a customer may error in bidding. If you bid on an item and do not want it a 15% relisting fee is applicable. Please read "Frequently Asked Questions" for more information.

Damages in Shipping
Sometimes items are damaged in shipping. If you received a damaged item please call customer service, and we will be happy to file a claim on your behalf. There are several options available to the customer when this happens, just call us, and we will be more than happy to work with you in order to come to the best possible resolution.
Incorrect Item Received
Occasionally an error may occur. Global Golf will resolve the issue quickly once you contact us. If you have received the incorrect product (wrong loft, flex, dexterity, club) please call 1-866-843-0262 and we will either replace the product or refund your full purchase price including shipping. Please have the incorrect item / box with you when you call so we can verify inventory number received.
Inadvertent Misrepresentation
As a titanium power seller with a 99.5% positive feedback rating, our experienced club listing agents typically undervalue the club rating. Please read condition ratings and club description completely before contacting Global Golf. If you feel that we have misrepresented an item, please contact customer service.
- The customer is responsible for the returning product.
- Once received Global Golf will re-evaluate the item, and determine if there in fact was a listing error.
- If an error was made on our part, we will issue a full refund, including original shipping within 24 hours of receipt of the item.
After seven (7) days all sales are final.
Warranty on Taylor Made Demo Items
We are currently offering a variety of Taylor Made clubs on eBay. Because the manufacturer does not offer a warranty on these particular products, we are offering our own warranty! For these Taylor Made clubs that have NWRNTY stamped on the hosel we are offering a limited 30 day warranty!! The clubs were either previously owned and not sold by a golf shop and returned to Taylor Made or were special orders that never actually purchased by the vendor. The warranty covers any structural defect from the manufacturer. The club must not have been abused, defaced, altered, misused or otherwise damaged through the act or neglect of the consumer and must be in the same condition it was in at the time of the purchase.

I’m looking for a particular club, but can’t find it on your storefront?
If you don’t see the club you are looking for, please check back often. Our eBay inventory changes daily. Unfortunately, we can not take any special club orders.
I did not bid on this item or I accidentally bid on this item, do I have to pay for it?
We realize that mistakes do occur. Either you bid on the wrong item or someone other than you, a child perhaps, bid an item without your consent. We will make every effort to work with you to resolve the issue. In most cases, a re-stocking fee will be charged. This fee is equal to 20% of the items price, with a minimum of $15.
Please remember that a Your Bid is a Binding Contract. Per eBay, you are legally bound to pay for the item if you are the winning bidder. There are several steps that have to be taken to place a bid. This is not a one-click process. Each time a bid is placed, eBay displays the following text.
Your bid is a contract - Place a bid only if you're serious about buying the item. If you are the winning bidder, you will enter into a legally binding contract to purchase the item from the seller. You should contact the seller to resolve any questions before bidding.
There are four options to consider if a customer makes a bidding error.
1) The customer may purchase the item.
2) The customer may choose and bid on and win an alternate item from our store front site or ebay store.
3) The customer may choose to neither buy the item nor choose an alternate item. In this case a re listing fee is applicable. The re listing fee depends on the amount the item sold for.
To pay the re listing fee with credit card or PayPal please contact customer service. . The re listing fee is the only way we can recover our fees charged to us from ebay. Once the re listing fee is paid positive feedback is left for the customer and any Non Paying Bidder warnings will be removed.
4) Option four is the last resort. The customer may not want either of the previous options. In this case the only way we can recover our fees from ebay is to file a Non Paying Bidder (NPB) complaint with ebay.
This item ended with no bids. Can you sell it to me off auction?
If the item ends with no bids it will be re listed automatically within 24 – 48 hours.
Can you end this auction and sell to me off of eBay?
Unfortunately, we can not. This is a violation of eBay seller rules.
If I buy multiple items, can I get a discount?
We do not discount prices or winning bids for multiple items. We do however discount shipping for multiple items. This is done automatically at checkout.
What is the Buy It Now Price?
If there is not Buy It Now Price displayed, then the item cannot be bought using the Buy It Now. The item will be sold using a standard auction.
Is this the actual product photo? Can I get more than one picture?
We take an actual photo of every pre-owned club. We do not use stock photographs. We are the only large eBay seller who does this. Given the shear volume of our inventory, we cannot take more than one picture per club. We make every effort to give you the best representation of the product with a lengthy description and accurate picture.

Condition 10: These clubs are BRAND NEW, having never been hit. The grip and shaft are original from the factory.
Condition 9: These clubs are in nearly new condition, having only been hit once or twice or having a small bit of shop wear. Condition 9 clubs could just about pass for new clubs. They have no scratches on the top, face or sole of the club.
Condition 8: These clubs have been used but well taken care of. This means no damage to the head or shaft of the club. There are no major dings or scratches on condition 8 clubs, just normal wear.
Condition 7: These clubs are still in playable condition, but were either poorly cared for, or heavily played with. Condition 7 woods likely will contain skymarks, paint chips and small dings. Condition 7 woods also may have paint missing from the top and face of the club. Condition 7 irons may have chrome missing, heavy groove wear, and may contain small rock dings.
