Postal Damage

I offer insurance at the post office's rates. It is optional but strongly urged in case of mishandling occurances. If you do NOT purchase insurance I am not going to refund any monies in this event. I send all videos out in bubble mailers, and I pad all packages for bounce. I send my items out the way that I would want to receive them.
