If you require immediate delivery
please insure we are available by contacting us first via
email.
Normal delivery times are roughly 4 pm PST to 11 pm PST most
days. These hours are not set in stone and may vary
occasionally.
If you have provided a phone number with your payment we will
call you to arrange for delivery. Please specify a time frame
within the hours listed above to call you if you do not want
us calling at an inopportune time. If you have been
called by us in the past please include the method you wish to
be contacted by to arrange for delivery. (phone, email, ICQ,
AIM, MSN)
Please note: We do not leave ICQ/AIM/MSN running constantly.
We only log on to instant messaging when trying to contact a
customer for a delivery. Please email us if we are not on
instant messaging for a quicker response.
If for any reason you have not been contacted by us within 24
hours please feel free to call us at the number listed below
during business hours. Problems with emails getting through
(or automatically put in junk spam folders) or mistyped phone
numbers etc. can prevent us from contacting you.
Deliveries are made to most banks in Trammel or Malas only.

All our sales inventory is located on
our own accounts ready to go. If we list an auction you can be
assured we have it in stock. The person who contacts you and
delivers your gold will communicate with you clearly and
professionally and is located at our office in Coquitlam,
British Columbia, Canada, (Coquitlam is a suburb of Vancouver
about 30 mins drive from the downtown core).
