Music review: Zen Moon is a carefully constructed tapestry of music spherics that assists the mind - body - earth connection for devotees of Tai Chi, Qi Gong, Falun Gong, Yoga and meridian energy balancing…. “Let flourish the soul through sacral life force connection, an infinite energy to ground and rejuvenate.�

 The first five tracks were composed specifically for Tai Chi, Qi Gong and Falun Gong half hour routines and is possibly one of a small number of Cd’s dedicated to these type of energy therapies… most of the music being Chinese influenced (Erhu, Sheng, Sanxian, Zhonghu, Ruan, Xiao, Pipa, Jinghu, Gong) with traditional underpinning and scales which enhance the experience of third ear awareness (TEA) genre. Some say that this can halt or reverse the ageing process and here lies the primary purpose of this album. It is intentionally meditational towards the end to assist in relaxation or chillout from the intensity of energy balancing.
