Part of a large number of watches I purchased at an estate sale.  I have had it fully serviced and appraised by a master watchmaker to confirm authenticity.   A copy of the details on the appraisal certificate are included to give you the necessary information. (Personal comments in brackets).  After numerous requests from eBay members I have now asked my jeweller to provide more detailed information and to photograph the workings for me – hope this helps everyone.

Details on certificate are as follows:

1950s Ladies Rolex Tudor Wristwatch.  Stainless Steel Case measures 17mm across and 29mm lug tip to lug tip.  Stainless Steel Dennison Case Back.  Expandable Steel Bracelet.  Original Rolex Tudor 15 Rubies Calibre Movement.  Model Number 4590.  Serial Number 52953.  Signed and dated 20/10/06. 

A copy of the appraisal certificate will be provided to the winning biddder.

The watch is in good condition for its age with only minor wear (new crystal - cost £8), it looks stunning on and having been serviced it is ready to wear or add to a collection.
