PAYMENT TERMS
Payment for winning bids must be received NO LATER THAN 10 DAYS from the end of auction. If we do not receive payment within 10 days, we reserve the right to consider the auction cancelled and we will file a NON-PAYING-BIDDER ALERT with Ebay automatically.

Georgia residents will be charged 7% sales tax.

WARRANTY:
Items are sold with warranty as stated above with no other warranty expressed or implied. If item is deemed DOA, we reserve the right to either replace the product or issue a refund at our discretion. Some items may carry a manufacturers warranty. We CANNOT guarantee that the manufacturers warranty is transferrable or valid and make NO claims as such. It is the buyers responsibility to apply for the transfer of any manufacturers warranty. Refunds for errors on the buyer's part will be reduced by fees/expenses incurred by the seller such as Ebay fees, Pay Pal fees, S&H, etc. plus a 20% restocking fee. No exceptions.

Buyers Release Seller From All Claims, Demands, and Damages, Both Actual, or Consequential Which May In Any Way Be Connected with the Seller's Description of Items Listed in this Auction.

FEEDBACK:
Positive feedback will be given as soon as the buyer receives the item purchased and both parties are satisfied. We reserve the right to cancel bids based upon user feedback. If you have a negative rating, there is a good chance your bid will be cancelled before the auction ends. Negative feedback will automatically be posted for non-paying bidders.
